Anatomical Medium Heart- Rainbow Flag

This soft sculpture anatomical heart is designed as a unique art work. Made to my own design and pattern, the heart is fairly anatomically correct (but not strictly, it is intended as a piece of art, not teaching aid!).

The heart is crocheted in the colours of the Rainbow Flag/ LGBT Pride, with needle felted details added onto the surface with fleece, then lightly stuffed.

This is an approximately life sized heart (about the size of a large fist) and measures around 14cm tall by 10cm wide. It has a depth of around 5cm. There is a hanging loop on the back, ideal for hanging from a wall nail. As each heart is made by hand, please be aware there are slight variations.

If like me, you are fascinated with anatomy, this makes an ideal and quirky piece of wall art or ideal for putting under a glass dome in a study or on a mantle-piece.
